You create a virtual username and password. No real identity is required. Your password is encrypted and not stored in plain text.
The text you input and the responses generated by the AI. Please note: To provide the Service, this data must be transmitted to third‑party AI providers (e.g., Google Gemini, DeepSeek). We do not store this data permanently, but the third‑party providers process it to generate responses.
If you report an AI response, we upload the selected AI response, your chosen category and optional explanation, platform and app version, report time, and internal references for the related character, conversation, and message. We do not upload your full conversation history. You may separately choose to include the single user message immediately before the reported response as limited context.
Our server automatically receives your IP address, browser type, and access timestamps. This is essential for security and preventing abuse.
All payments are processed by third‑party providers such as Creem. We do not collect or store your full payment card details or billing address. We may receive a transaction ID for record‑keeping.
When available in our directly distributed Android app, you can choose to watch a video to earn Credits. The first time you choose to watch, we show a separate advertising privacy notice with “Agree and watch” and “Not now” options. Only after you agree does our app request a video through the Turbo advertising SDK (version 5.7.23). Your choice is saved on this installation for your account and the current notice version; another account, device, or a changed notice requires a new choice. You can withdraw permission from the Credits Tasks page; our app will stop requesting new ads and ask again before a future viewing. The SDK and its advertising partners may process network status, device information and identifiers such as OAID, and ad interactions to deliver ads, measure completion, and prevent fraud. Our app supplies a random viewing-session identifier rather than your username or conversation content. We retain viewing-session records, your consent notice version, reward amounts, and advertising transaction references to reconcile Credits and prevent duplicate rewards. You can decline optional advertising and continue using other features.

When you make a purchase, you are redirected to Creem's secure page. Creem collects your payment information directly, and its privacy policy applies.
If you choose rewarded advertising in the directly distributed Android app, Turbo and its advertising partners process the advertising data described above. The advertising service sends our server a reward confirmation containing a viewing-session identifier and transaction reference. We use this confirmation to issue Credits. This feature is disabled until advertising configuration is available.
